Roast Tas Valley Red Poll beef aged for a minimum of 21 days, cooked 2 ways -topside and 12hr slow roasted chuck. Yorkshire pudding. Polenta coated roast potatoes.

12Hr slow-roasted Blythburgh belly pork

Feta, leek, prune, and sage stuffing. Roast potatoes. Seasonal veg. Gravy

Chicken, leek and cranberry slice

Chunks of slow-cooked chicken thighs and sautéed leeks in a rich creamy sauce above a layer of cranberry sauce then encased in puff pastry. Served with accompaniments as above.
